MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts

Icing:

1 1/2 sticks butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
miniature marshmallows

Combine ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 300°F for 30 to 45 minutes.

For icing, mix all ingredients except marshmallows. After icing cake, cover with the marshmallows.
