BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms (drained)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 eggs, beaten
Grated cheese
Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole. Put grated cheese on top. Cover cheese with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake 30 minutes. Let sit 30 minutes before eating.
