SPINACH OR BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
3 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or spinach, thawed
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Beat eggs; add soup, blending well. Stir in vegetables and then all other ingredients; blend well. Bake in a greased 8 or 9-inch pan in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Yield 4-6 servings.
