1 1/2 pts. heavy cream 1 1/2 pts. light cream 1 stick butter 1 c. Parmesan cheese Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in creams and Parmesan cheese. Simmer on low until sauce becomes thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over your favorite pasta. Serves 6. | |

I have been making this recipe for years and it is divine. I just use the heavy cream though. I made Alfredo with penne pasta and homemade sauce 2 times a week! It's my and my family's favorite meal. Awesome sauce. Better than any Italian restaurant.
