1 pt. heavy cream 2 egg yolks 1/4 stick butter 6 oz. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated Garlic to taste (3 tsp.) White pepper to taste Salt to taste 1 tsp. nutmeg OR: 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Half & Half 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese 1 pkg. Italian dressing seasoning Mix above ingredients together. Cook noodles and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4. | |
