2 lbs. round steak cut into sm. pieces or 2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 med. white potatoes, unpeeled, diced
3-4 carrots, diced
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add all ingredients in Dutch oven. Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours.
