WHO YOU CALLIN' SHRIMP, SCAMPI | |
1/4 c. butter, melted 2 tbsp. dry white wine 2 tbsp. chives 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 drops hot sauce 2 lbs. cleaned uncooked shrimp Combine first 4 ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish. Add shrimp and stir well to coat. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4. |
