CHEESY MICRO-FRIES 
3 tbsp. butter
3 med. potatoes, unpeeled
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cut uncooked potatoes into 8 wedges (lengthwise) each. In 8 inch round glass baking dish microwave butter on high. Dip wedges of potatoes in butter to coat, arrange peel-side down in baking dish.

Combine seasonings and sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High for 10 to 11 minutes or until potatoes are just about tender, rotating dish once or twice. Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
