CHEESY OVEN FRIES 
3 med. potatoes
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Wash potatoes well, and cut each into 8 wedges, set aside. Combine Parmesan cheese and next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Dip potato wedges in melted butter; arrange in a single layer in a lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned. Yields 4-6 servings.
