CHEESY OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
3 slices white bread
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 c. butter, melted

Finely break bread. Combine bread and Parmesan cheese, salt, onion powder, thyme, garlic powder and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter; roll in cheese mixture to coat. Place chicken pieces, skin side up and not touching, in greased large shallow baking pan. Bake in 375 degree oven 40-60 minutes or until chicken is tender. Do not turn. Makes 4-6 servings.
