CAREFREE OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, disjointed
1 c. butter
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 tbsp. tarragon
Salt, pepper & garlic salt

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Place skin side up on cookie tin and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Melt butter in saucepan. Add tarragon. Slowly add wine. Spoon mixture over each piece every 15 minutes. Can also try with red wine and sweet basil or sherry with rosemary. Serves 4.
