CHEESY MICRO-FRIES 
3 med. potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika

Microwave (high) butter in 8 inch round glass or plastic baking dish 1/2 to 1 minute or until melted. Scrub potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges. Dip wedges into butter to coat. Arrange peel side down in baking pan.

Combine cheese, garlic salt and paprika. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cover with paper towels. Microwave (high) 10 to 11 minutes rotating dish once or twice. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Serves 3 to 4 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
