EASY CHICKEN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 chicken, cooked, boned & cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese

Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Arrange in greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Place chicken in pan. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Pour over chicken and spread with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes. (I usually just make half for 4 or 5 people.)
