EASY OVEN CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, cut up or boneless
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 env. Good Seasons salad dressing mix
2 stick butter
2 eggs
Flour

Melt butter on foil lined cookie sheet. Beat eggs in shallow bowl, crush stuffing mix into fairly fine crumbs and mix with dry salad mix. Dip chicken into flour then in eggs and finally in crumb mixture. Place in butter on sheets, skin side down. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 30 more minutes. Good hot or cold.
