EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 pkg. Stove Top chicken-flavor stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 pkg. mixed vegetables, without green beans

Place contents of vegetable seasoning packet and butter in bowl. Add water. Stir to partially melt butter. Add stuffing crumbs. Stir gently.

Mix soup and milk in 2 quart casserole. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
