HOT CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 c. diced celery 3 sliced boiled eggs 1 tsp. lemon juice 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. salt, go easy on the salt if chicken has been salted 1 c. chicken, diced (cooked) 1 c. cooked rice 1 can cream of chicken soup Small amount of diced onion Mix together, place in greased casserole. Top with cornflakes or rice krispies and a few slivered almonds. Bake 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Serves 6 to 8. |
