GOOD AND EASY CHICKEN 
1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry soup mix (onion or mushroom)
1 (8 oz.) bottle thick, red salad dressing
2 chickens, quartered or cut into serving pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 1 hour, 30 minutes. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in baking dish. Mix preserves, soup mix and salad dressing bowl. Spoon over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hours uncovered. Ready to serve.
