LIME CHICKEN 
4 whole broilers, cut in halves
1 c. butter
2 (0.6 oz.) pkgs. Italian salad dressing (like Good Seasons)
1/3 to 1/2 c. lime juice (I like the latter)

Wash and dry chicken. Melt butter; stir in lime juice and salad dressing mix. Brush both sides of chicken. Place skin side down on grill, about 10 inches above heat. Grill, turning and basting often, about 40 minutes until tender and richly glazed.
