VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 sm. pkgs. sliced almonds
3 c. Velveeta cheese
Buttered cracker crumbs

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Pour in 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Recipe can be cut in half very easily.
