DILLED CUCUMBER AND TOMATO SALAD 
1 lg. cucumber, thinly sliced
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 lg. tomatoes, sliced
Lettuce leaves

Place cucumber in a shallow container. Combine next 6 ingredients in small jar, shake vigorously. Pour over cucumbers. Chill 6 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, remove cucumbers from marinade, arrange on platter of lettuce with tomatoes. Drizzle with marinade.
