SPICED MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. catsup
4 drops hot sauce
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix well and shape into 1" balls. Saute meat balls in butter until brown. Drain well and set aside.

SAUCE FOR MEAT BALLS:

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Accent
4 drops hot sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meat balls and simmer 10 minutes more.
