SPICED MELON BALLS 
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen melon balls
1/4 c. (packed) light brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
6 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick

Thaw melon balls; drain juice from balls. Combine melon juice, brown sugar, vinegar, cloves and cinnamon in saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour hot syrup over melon balls. Let stand until cool; chill until ready to serve. Yield: 3 cups.
