SHONEY'S FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
Cook pie shell and let cool.

Mix together:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water

Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add one small package strawberry Jello. Cool to room temperature. Line pie shell with ripe strawberries, sliced or whole. Pour mixture over berries and refrigerate for twenty minutes or more. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
