HAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
1 c. chopped onion (1 lg.)
1 c. diced green pepper (1 lg.)
10 1/2 oz. can cream of celery soup
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. milk

In 2 quart glass oven proof casserole dish, layer half potatoes, ham, onion and pepper. Repeat layers. Pour on soup, pepper and milk. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
