HAM, POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 - 2 c. chopped cooked ham
1 1/2 - 2 c. cooked potatoes
Shredded cheese

Saute onions and peppers. When done, add flour and milk. Stir until thickened. Put ham and potatoes in casserole dish. When mixture is thickened pour over ham and potatoes. Then sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
