HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices ham
8-10 med. potatoes, sliced
2 sm. onions, sliced thin
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in 2 quart crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese. Repeat with remaining half. Spoon undiluted soup on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours. Can also be baked.
