HAM & POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked ham
1 c. milk
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine potatoes and ham in buttered baking dish. Stir milk into mushroom soup. Add onions, salt and pepper to mushroom mixture and mix well. Pour over potatoes and ham. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Remove cover after 1 hour to brown.
