SPICED PEACHES 
1 lg. can peach halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. peach juice
1/4 c. vinegar
8 to 10 whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon

Combine sugar, juice, vinegar and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add the fruit and heat thoroughly. Remove to a flat refrigerator dish. Be sure all fruit is covered with the syrup. Cover and allow to stand refrigerated overnight.
