EASY PEACH SPICE CAKE 
2 1/4 c. Pillsbury's best all purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. peach or apricot preserves
1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peach or apricot preserves
1/3 c. butter, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using solid shortening or butter, grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, blend flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and orange peel. Add butter, blend 1 minute at low speed.

Blend in preserves, orange juice, water and eggs; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. In medium bowl, blend frosting ingredients. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled cake.
