TUNA BAKE ITALIANO 
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained & flaked
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. mixed Italian seasoning
1 env. or tsp. instant chicken broth
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

1. Combine macaroni, tuna, tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a medium size bowl.

2. In a 1 cup measure, combine instant chicken broth and boiling water; stir into tuna mixture.

3. Spoon mixture into a 6 cup baking dish. Top with slices of Mozzarella cheese.

4. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, 30 minutes or until bubbly hot and cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
