SWEET 'N' SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can water chestnuts, diced

Form into meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. apricot preserves

Heat in large saucepan (big enough to accommodate meatballs); stir until smooth. Add meatballs and simmer for a few minutes.
