LOW-CAL STIR FRY 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice
1 can cream of broccoli soup
2 chicken breasts
1 sm. onion
1/2 green mango

Cut chicken into small strips. Place in 2 tablespoons oil and cook about 5 minutes. Add onion and mango, cook until tender. Fix rice as box says. When chicken and vegetables are done, pour can of soup into pan. Stir and mix well. Serve over hot rice.
