CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. melted butter
4 c. bread cubes or 4 c. biscuits or 3 c. cornbread
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. chicken broth

Brown the onion and celery in buter, combine with bread cubes and seasonings. Add broth and stir lightly to blend. Stuff poultry according to weight. This amount is for 4 1/2 to 5 lbs. meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
