1 stalk celery 1 good size onion 1 pan biscuit bread 1 pan cornbread 6 eggs, well beaten About 3-4 c. broth (make sure it is not dry) 2 tbsp. poultry seasoning 2-3 tbsp. sage (to taste) Mix all together and make sure it is not dry, if it is, pour a little more broth over dressing and bake. Always taste dressing before putting it in the baking pan to make sure about the taste. Bake at 425 degrees until lightly brown. |
