CORNBREAD STUFFING 
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar, optional
Onions, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. sage
Salt and pepper

Put all ingredients for cornbread in large bowl mix and bake. When done crumble corn bread in bowl, add the chopped onion, green pepper and sage, salt and pepper if you wish. Blend all the ingredients well, place in greased pan or stuff your fowl with this mixture. Brown if placed in pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
