ALMOND CORNBREAD STUFFING 
10 c. bread crumbs, make from dry bread
4 c. corn bread crumbs
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sliced or chopped almonds
1 stick butter
1 c. giblets
Liquor or chicken broth

Saute onion, celery, and almonds in butter. Mix the crumbs with seasonings. Add the vegetables to the crumbs and mix well. Moisten with the giblet liquor or chicken broth. Stuff turkey and roast required length of time.

If making an extra pan of dressing to bake alone double the liquid.
