CORNBREAD STUFFING 
1 recipe cornbread, crumbled
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/23 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth or water

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stuff into turkey or chicken, 8 to 10 pounds. 8 servings, 149 calories.
