1 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
Black pepper, ground

Cook beef ribs in casserole dish with marinade. Cook about 1 1/2 hours at 350-375 degrees.
