2 cans yellow hominy, drained
1 roll jalapeno cheese
Fritos, if desired
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Onion rings, if desired

Mix and heat until melted the mushroom soup and jalapeno cheese. Mix hominy and soup mixture. Put in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cover with onion rings and Fritos and bake for another 5 minutes, if desired.
