CHEESY HOMINY CASSEROLE 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can hominy, drained
2 oz. green chilies, chopped
6 oz. sour cream
2 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/8 c. minced onion
Sm. jalapeno, chopped
Dry bread crumbs (fine)
Oleo

Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter. Put in lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs, then dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
