CHEESY HOMINY CASSEROLE 
4 (15 1/2 oz.) cans hominy, drained
2 (3 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
3 (8 oz.) commercial sour cream (3 cartons)
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. minced onions
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
