HOMINY GRITS CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. instant grits
3 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated (or Velveeta)
1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's Savor Salt (seasoning salt)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
Tabasco to taste
6 tbsp. (3/4 of a stick) butter

Cook grits in boiling water according to package directions. Add remaining ingredients. Combine and bake in casserole for 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 325 degrees.
