HOMINY GRITS CASSEROLE 
4 c. boiling water
1 c. hominy grits
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1 egg
Milk
Grated cheese

Cook the grits in boiling water. Melt the cheese and butter in a double boiler. Beat one egg in a cup and add enough milk to make 1/2 cup. Add the garlic cheese, butter, egg and milk to the grits. Put in a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top. Bake t 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serves 6.
