3 cans yellow hominy with red & green peppers
1 can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped

Drain hominy and green chilies. Mix all ingredients together well and bake at 350 degrees until bubbles. May be cooked in microwave on high until bubbles. For hotter casserole use Mexican style Cheez Whiz.
