HOMINY CASSEROLE 
3 cans white hominy (drained)
1 can celery soup
1 soup can canned milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Salt to taste, also pepper
1 stick butter
12 crushed saltine crackers
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter in casserole dish. Add hominy. Stir in soup with salt and pepper. Stir in cream cheese which is cut into chunks. Spread the crushed crackers then the nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
