SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. flour
2 cans chicken broth
1 pt. milk
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can lobster or sealegs
1 can crab meat
1 can shrimp
Grated cheese

Melt butter and flour to make a smooth paste. Add milk and broth, then all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it begins to thicken, place in a baking dish. Top with cheese and bake. This may be poured over cooked rice instead of being used as a casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
