SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
1 c. cooked, diced lobster
2 c. shrimp, cooked
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. butter
1 c. crab meat
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. grated American cheese

Saute mushrooms in 1/2 cup butter. Add seafood. Make a medium white sauce; melt 1/4 cup butter; add flour and cook until bubbly. Add salt and pepper; remove from heat. Add milk, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add white sauce and sherry to seafood mixture. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
