SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen artichoke hearts 1 1/2 lbs. fresh cooked crab meat or shrimp 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 3 tbsp. butter 3 c. (med.) cream sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. cheese 1/2 c. sherry wine Dash of paprika Cook artichokes as directed on package. Arrange hearts in buttered 2 quart casserole. Spread crab meat or shrimp over top. Saute sliced mushrooms 10 minutes in butter. Add cream sauce with Worcestershire sauce, sherry, salt and pepper sauce. Sprinkle cheese over all and dash of paprika on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. 8 servings. |
