6 potatoes (med. to lg.) 1 onion (med. to lg.) 1 can cream of celery soup, diluted with 1/2 can of water if making more than 6 potatoes) In a 2 quart casserole (with cover) alternate layers of potatoes and onion, ending with onion. Season between with salt and pepper. Pour celery soup over top. (It will drain through). Cover and bake in 350 degree oven approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours. |
