SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 tsp. salt and pepper (to taste)
4 lg. potatoes (sliced)
1 lg. onions (diced)
5 slices pimiento cheese
1/2 c. (can) cream
6 tbsp. butter

Cook potatoes and onion together until tender, drain, put in baking dish all the above ingredients, serving 1 slice cheese for top. Add paprika for color. Bake at 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until brown on top.
